1. What this platform is

Rizone Turf is a marketplace for finding and booking indoor football turfs in Bangladesh. Booking money never sits with us — players pay owners directly by bKash, Rocket, Nagad, bank transfer, or cash.

2. Accounts

You sign in with a magic link sent to your email. You are responsible for that inbox. False booking details are not allowed.

3. Bookings

• Online bookings stay pending until the owner approves them.
• You must give a valid Bangladesh mobile number and a valid transaction ID.
• The owner may reject a booking if the payment proof does not match.
• Owners may add walk-in or phone bookings themselves.

4. Owner subscriptions

A turf stays in public search only while the monthly subscription is active. Subscriptions are collected through SSLCommerz. If it lapses, the listing is hidden until it is renewed.

5. Liability

Pitch condition, safety, payment disputes, and cancelled matches sit between owner and player. Rizone Turf is a listing and booking tool — we do not escrow booking money and we are not responsible for match outcomes.
